Interacts with product managers and/or users to define system requirements and/or necessary modifications. Primary responsibility for working with other developers in the team at FIS to ensure a quality delivery in a timely fashion. You would report to the Development Manager.
Primary duties include database software installation, upgrade/patching, infrastructure management and creation and support of application databases. May require knowledge of multiple database management systems on one or more operating systems. Provide database support services to application teams and Technology Services Group (TSG) operations teams including the Network Operations Center. A typical collection software to track and follow-up with debtors, predict, and prioritize debt recovery integrated with ERP and Auto loan management systems covers the overall debt management process The FIS Auto Finance Suite – Default Manager offers a customer-centric collections activity for your customers, business clients related to Auto Finance loans and leases. If these procedures are not followed, the claim for these funds may be denied. In the Loans and Leases there are specific collection efforts which must be made in order for the investor to provide the funds guaranteed for a loan.
